After returning from a week-long international food summit in Rome, Italy, Gachagua hit the ground running. On Sunday, he attended an event at Alliance High School, where leaders gathered to collect funds for the institution's infrastructure development. Gachagua emphasized the importance of these funds, which complemented the government's efforts in renovating and modernizing educational facilities to align with the Competency Based Curriculum.
Tuesday brought another crucial meeting at State House, where Gachagua witnessed the signing of performance contracts by Cabinet Secretaries. During this event, he stressed the significance of punctuality and strategic implementation in fulfilling the commitments made to Kenyans. Efficiency and accountability were key themes in his address.
The same day, Gachagua was present when the Presidential Working Party of Education Reforms (PWPER) presented its report to the President.
