President William Ruto got some good news after learning that most Kenyans supported his plan to fix the country with a budget bill.The fiscal bill has got a lot of which some of the Kenyans couldn't understand .In his speech His Excellence Talked about the whole lot and people seemed to be contented with his Fiscal Bill Implementation .

On top of Rigathi's assumption of people being silent ,that didn't mean that they accepted .Being silent means that its either you have got the full knowledge of what is discussed or individuals are most in the wildness.
